TONIGHT PROVIDED A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP THE MOMENTUM ROLLING AS THE BEAVERS TRAVELED TO MINNESOTA STATE TO TAKE ON THE MAVERICKS, WHO ARE ON TOP OF THE WCHA AND RANKED THIRD IN THE COUNTRY. THE LAST TIME THE BEAVERS ACTUALLY LOST A GAME WAS TO MINNESOTA STATE BACK IN DECEMBER BY A SCORE OF 2-0. IN THE FIRST PERIOD, NO SCAR. FIRING A ZINGER AND OWN THERE TO PUT THE BEAVERS UP SUNSHINE.
