Soviet Stranglehold, Allied Mission made by Concolor for C&C Red Alert 2 Music are the Allied themes from Red Alert 3, Mechanical Man from Pr0metheusMusic and Act On Instinct. Includes custom voxels and SHPs from various artists, credits are in the description. Player’s color changes are made by me with custom rules.ini file. You may see my first and a small approach to “revitalize” the graphics of the old C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri’s Revenge. Currently I’m searching only for the voxels and SHP replacements without doing any bigger changes. For sure I won’t be changing any unit stats, because I want to just refresh the look of the units. The other small changes I want to make in the future are the cameos and the updated FLH for the units. You may have noticed that I’ve removed the cannonballs because they simply look way too silly. At the moment I’m searching for the Demo Truck, War Miner, Nighthawk, Black Eagle and Amphibious Transports replacements. It also means that there won’t be any new units here, I don’t want to meddle with AI and break vanilla/custom missions. The mission itself is quite straightforward but has one annoying disadvantage for the player. If you infiltrate the Soviet Base way too early, you won’t have enough cash for the initial base building phase of the mission. The Soviets will simply steamroll you in a very fast manner with multiple Kirovs, Apocalypse Tanks, Tesla and Rhino Tanks in first 2-3 minutes. The mission requires clearing all the Soviet units and buildings on the map so the Naval Yard in this mission is mandatory. There aren’t also a lot of money on the map, so you must keep all your Derricks alive as long as possible.
