“Partisan Graves” – Song dedicated to Yugoslav and Soviet Partisans (with Lyrics)

The war passed, but we didn’t forget Those that died in battle. And partisan graves Are always covered in flowers, always in flowers. The graves’ eyes are severe here, But how can recover from the wounds Widows of fallen Yugoslavs And widows of Russian partisans? To all those, who fell in joint struggle, I dedicate this song to you. Sacred names of Soviet And Yugoslav partisans. To all those, who fell in joint struggle, I dedicate this song to you. Sacred names of Soviet And Yugoslav partisans. No, our countries will not forget How their sons died. How partisans fought In smoke and fiery war. Here are partisan graves. We’ll forever preserve them, So that we teach about their courage. So that we pass them to our grandchildren To all those, who fell in joint struggle, I dedicate this song to you. Sacred names of Soviet And Yugoslav partisans. To all those, who fell in joint struggle, I dedicate this song to you. Sacred names of Soviet And Yugoslav partisans.
